3rd Officer for MPV (Philippines)

Location: Philippines / Worldwide

Job Description:
PACC Shipping Phils., Inc. is seeking an experienced Third Officer to join its Multipurpose Vessel fleet. Candidates must have at least 24 months of experience in the same rank and on MPV vessels.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Maintain navigational watch as assigned.
• Assist with passage planning and safe navigation.
• Support cargo operations and deck maintenance.
• Participate in onboard safety and emergency procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 24 months of experience as a Third Officer on Multipurpose Vessels (MPV).
• Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC).
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Valid passport and seaman’s book.
• Good command of English.
