3rd Officer for Gas Tanker / VLGC Vessels

Job Description

Wilhelmsen Marine Personnel (Philippines) Inc. is looking for qualified Third Officers for Fully Refrigerated Gas Tanker / VLGC vessels.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform navigational watchkeeping duties.
• Maintain bridge records and navigational publications.
• Inspect lifesaving and firefighting equipment.
• Participate in emergency drills and safety activities.
• Assist with deck operations and follow instructions from senior officers.

Requirements

• Valid Officer of the Watch Certificate of Competency (CoC), as applicable.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
• Relevant experience in the same rank and on the required vessel type.
• Valid seafarer’s documents and applicable gas tanker qualifications.
• Proficiency in English communication.
