Job Description:
Crossworld is hiring an experienced 3rd Officer to join a Bunkering Vessel. The candidate must have experience working with steam turbine propulsion systems.
The position is suitable for an officer with relevant bunkering vessel experience and a strong understanding of safe vessel operations and onboard procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform navigational watchkeeping duties.
Assist with safe bunkering and cargo operations.
Support deck operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.
Maintain required navigational and operational documentation.
Comply with company, flag-state, and maritime safety regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a 3rd Officer.
Experience with steam turbine propulsion – mandatory.
Experience onboard bunkering vessels is preferred.
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid Officer of the Watch / relevant CoC.
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.
Good English communication skills.
