Job Description:
Jasindo Duta Segara is recruiting a qualified Third Engineer for VLCC Vessel operations. The position requires engine room experience, technical knowledge, and ability to support safe operation and maintenance of vessel machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist with engine room operations and watchkeeping
Maintain machinery and technical equipment
Perform inspections and preventive maintenance
Keep engine room records and reports
Follow safety and environmental regulations
Requirements:
Valid STCW 2010 certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
English communication proficiency
Minimum 2 years experience in the same rank
Previous VLCC / tanker vessel experience
Foreign trading experience
Mixed crew vessel experience
