Job Description:
Jebsen PTC Maritime Inc. is recruiting a 3rd Engineer with ME-C experience for a Tanker vessel. The successful candidate will support the engine department with the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the vessel's main engine and auxiliary machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor main and auxiliary machinery.
Carry out planned maintenance and repairs in the engine department.
Assist with troubleshooting and machinery inspections.
Maintain accurate engine room records and reports.
Follow onboard safety and environmental procedures.
Requirements:
Valid 3rd Engineer Certificate of Competency
ME-C engine experience required
Previous Tanker vessel experience preferred
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Valid seafarer's documents
