Job Description:
The 3rd Engineer supports engine room operations, equipment maintenance, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regular machinery checks during watch
• Maintenance of auxiliary systems
• Monitoring fuel, lube oil, and consumables
• Compliance with safety and environmental rules
• Reporting issues to 2nd and Chief Engineer
Requirements:
• Valid 3rd Engineer CoC
• Sea time in rank is preferred
• STCW and medical fitness compliance
• Good technical understanding of vessel machinery
