3rd Engineer for Gas Tanker / VLGC Vessels

Job Description

Wilhelmsen Marine Personnel (Philippines) Inc. is accepting applications from qualified Third Engineers for Fully Refrigerated Gas Tanker / VLGC vessels.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with the operation and maintenance of engine-room machinery.
• Monitor machinery performance and report technical defects.
• Perform preventive maintenance and support equipment repairs.
• Follow engine-room safety procedures and environmental requirements.
• Maintain accurate technical records.

Requirements

• Relevant marine engineering qualifications and certificates.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
• Relevant experience in the same rank and on the required vessel type.
• Valid seafarer’s documents and applicable gas tanker qualifications.
• Proficiency in English communication.
