3rd Engineer for Container Carrier Vessel

Job Description:

Capital Ship Manning Phils. Inc. is urgently recruiting 3 Third Engineers for Container Carrier Vessel operations. Successful candidates will support the safe and efficient operation of the vessel's main and auxiliary machinery and must have international sea service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with the operation and maintenance of engine-room machinery.
• Monitor machinery performance and report defects.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain engine-room records and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow onboard safety and environmental procedures.

Requirements:

• At least 18 months of experience as a Third Engineer.
• International sea service experience.
• Last sign-off within the past 9 months.
• Valid maritime documents must be available.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Valid U.S. or Schengen visa preferred.
