Job Description

Navilands Marine Inc. is urgently hiring a Third Engineer to join its Container Carrier fleet.

The position involves supporting engine-room operations, machinery maintenance, inspections, and repairs under the direction of senior engineering officers.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Operate and monitor assigned machinery.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Maintain engine-room equipment and work areas.
  • Follow onboard technical and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Valid Third Engineer CoC
  • Valid STCW certificates relevant to rank
  • Relevant Container Carrier experience
  • Valid medical fitness certificate
  • Valid seafarer documents and certificates
  • Valid US Visa preferred
  • Good English communication skills
