Job Description:

An urgent recruitment is underway for an experienced 3rd Engineer to join a Bulk Carrier (GRT 30,000). The successful candidate will support engine room operations, maintenance, and safe vessel performance while working as part of a professional engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

  •  Operate and maintain auxiliary machinery and engine room equipment. 
  •  Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance. 
  •  Assist senior engineers in repair and operational tasks. 
  •  Maintain safety and environmental standards onboard. 
  •  Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities. 

Requirements:

  •  Valid STCW certificates 
  •  Valid Medical Fitness Certificate 
  •  Proficiency in English communication 
  •  Previous experience as 3rd Engineer on Bulk Carrier vessels is mandatory 
  •  Valid Passport and Seaman's Book 
  •  Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) 

Employment Details:

  • Joining Date: On or before 20 August
  • Contract Duration: As per company policy 
  • Salary: USD 3,600/month
  • Benefits: Accommodation, meals, transportation, and flight tickets provided
