Job Description:
Win Waves Maritime is looking for an experienced 3rd Engineer to join a Bulk Carrier vessel. The successful candidate will assist in the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of the vessel’s main engine, auxiliary machinery, and engine-room systems.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Operate and monitor main and auxiliary machinery.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of engine-room equipment.
Assist with inspections, repairs, and planned maintenance activities.
Monitor machinery performance and report defects or abnormalities.
Maintain engine-room safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a 3rd Engineer
Bulk Carrier experience preferred
Valid 3rd Engineer CoC and relevant certificates
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Valid seafarer's documents and passport
Good command of English
Ability to work effectively as part of a multinational crew
