Job Description:
Jawar Al Khaleej Maritime L.L.C. is recruiting a qualified Second Officer for its newly acquired VLCC. Candidates should have relevant deck officer experience on crude oil tankers, preferably VLCCs.
The successful candidate will support safe navigation, passage planning, navigational equipment maintenance, and compliance with onboard procedures and international maritime regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain navigational charts, publications, and passage plans.
• Perform navigational watchkeeping duties in accordance with COLREGs and company procedures.
• Assist with the maintenance and operation of navigational equipment.
• Support emergency preparedness, safety drills, and onboard inspections.
• Maintain accurate navigational records and required documentation.

Requirements:
• Valid Officer of the Watch or applicable Second Officer CoC.
• Valid STCW certificates and required tanker training endorsements.
• Valid seafarer's medical fitness certificate.
• Valid passport, seaman's book, and required travel documents.
• Relevant sea service on crude oil tankers; VLCC experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of navigation, bridge procedures, and maritime safety regulations.
• Proficiency in English communication.
