Job Description

Stella Marris Shipmanagement Inc. is hiring an experienced Second Officer to join an Oil/Chemical Tanker / VLGC Vessels. The successful candidate will support the safe navigation and deck operations of the vessel while carrying out assigned navigational, safety, and cargo-related duties.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform navigational watchkeeping duties.
• Assist with passage planning and maintenance of navigation records.
• Support cargo and deck operations in accordance with vessel procedures.
• Maintain and inspect safety and navigational equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company, STCW, and vessel safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Second Officer CoC
• Valid STCW certificates relevant to rank
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Relevant experience on Oil/Chemical Tanker or VLGC Vessels
• Valid seafarer documents and certificates
• Proficiency in English communication
• Meet all qualification requirements applicable to the position
