Location: North Sea

Job Description:

We are recruiting Performance Toolpushers for a North Sea offshore asset with planned mobilization in February 2026 (dates TBC).
The position is offered on a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation under PAYE contract.
Candidates must hold valid well control and offshore certifications and have strong leadership experience offshore.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Supervising drilling operations and offshore crews
 • Ensuring well control compliance and operational efficiency
 • Maintaining HSE standards and toolbox talks
 • Coordinating with offshore management and shore base

Requirements:

• All mandatory offshore certification
 • IWCF Level 4 Well Control certification
• Working at Heights – Unit 7 certification
• Proven offshore experience in a similar role
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
