Advance Global Recruitment Ltd is urgently seeking experienced Toolpushers to join Jack-Up rigs for one of our offshore drilling clients. The role involves overseeing drilling operations, managing rig personnel, and ensuring safe and efficient execution of drilling programs in accordance with company and regulatory standards. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with proven jack-up rig experience and immediate or near-term availability.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervise and coordinate all drilling operations on the jack-up rig
• Manage drilling crew and ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Oversee drilling performance, reporting, and operational planning
• Ensure adherence to company policies, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
• Proven experience as Toolpusher on Jack-Up rigs
• Valid STCW certificates (where applicable)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Valid offshore certificates relevant to the position
• Proficiency in English communication
• Ability to provide two professional references
