Job Description:
PT Bohai Drilling Service Indonesia is hiring an experienced Tool Pusher to oversee and coordinate daily rig operations. This role ensures drilling activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project objectives, while supervising the rig crew and supporting the Drilling Superintendent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise all rig operations to ensure efficiency and safety
• Coordinate with Driller, Assistant Driller, and HSE team to maintain compliance
• Monitor drilling progress and ensure adherence to drilling programs
• Provide leadership and guidance to crew members
Requirements:
• Proven offshore/onshore experience as Tool Pusher or equivalent position
• Valid STCW/industry certificates and medical fitness
• Strong leadership and communication skills in English
• Ability to work in demanding project environments
