Job Description:
Oversees drilling operations and manages rig personnel, ensuring smooth execution of drilling programs. Reports directly to the Drilling Superintendent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily rig activities and crew schedules.
• Maintain rig safety, operation, and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
• Supervise maintenance of drilling equipment.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in drilling operations.
• Proven leadership on land or offshore rigs.
• Valid IWCF / Well Control certification.
• Fluent in English communication.
