Job Description:
Leads drilling crew on the rig, manages daily drilling operations, and ensures the technical success of drilling programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise drilling teams and daily operations
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper use
• Monitor well progress and provide technical guidance
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Keep detailed logs and reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years drilling experience, with IWCF certificate mandatory
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience with onshore rigs
