Job Description:
Avoda Solutions is seeking experienced Tool Pushers to oversee drilling operations for one of the largest upstream oil & gas companies in Nigeria. This role is critical in ensuring drilling activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all drilling operations and crew activities on the rig
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Manage rig performance, equipment, and reporting requirements
• Coordinate with drilling engineers and company representatives
• Provide leadership, training, and support to the rig crew
Requirements:
• Valid STCW and offshore safety certifications
• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in drilling operations, with at least 3 years as Tool Pusher
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
