Position: Senior Tool Pusher
Location: Onshore Rig
Job Description:
Leads all drilling operations on the rig, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous workflow during day shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise drilling crew and rig activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and drilling procedures
• Monitor equipment condition and operational performance
• Coordinate tasks with rig management
• Prepare daily reports and maintain documentation
Requirements:
• Strong experience in onshore drilling operations
• Valid IWCF certificate
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Deep understanding of rig equipment and processes
