Job Description:
Assists the Toolpusher by supervising nighttime drilling operations and ensuring safe and efficient work practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee night shift crew and operations.
• Report drilling progress and issues to Toolpusher.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Monitor equipment performance and assist in troubleshooting.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of drilling experience.
• IWCF / Well Control certification.
• Strong safety awareness and communication skills.
