Rope Access Technicians for Offshore Project

Location: Baltic Sea

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Rope Access Technicians to support offshore wind construction and commissioning activities in the Baltic Sea.

The successful candidates will perform work at height and in difficult-to-access areas of offshore structures, substations, and related installations using approved industrial rope access techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Performing rope access operations on offshore structures and installations.
• Carrying out inspections, maintenance, and installation activities at height.
• Using approved rope access equipment and fall protection systems.
• Conducting pre-use inspections of personal protective and access equipment.
• Following work-at-height procedures and maintaining high safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Rope Access Technician.
• Valid IRATA or other project-accepted rope access certification.
• Relevant offshore experience is preferred.
• Valid offshore safety certifications.
• Good knowledge of working-at-height procedures and HSE requirements.
• Good English communication skills.
