We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team on Project / Vessel Type The role involves maintaining mechanical and rotating equipment, performing inspections, troubleshooting issues, planning work efficiently, and supervising contractors. The position ensures equipment reliability, safety, and compliance with HSEQ standards in challenging offshore conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Maintain mechanical and rotating equipment, perform repairs, and propose improvements to extend equipment lifespan.
• Inspect installations and perform routine maintenance to ensure safety and durability.
• Quickly resolve unexpected technical issues and collaborate with the team to analyze and prevent equipment failures.
• Conduct regular inspections and address problems promptly to ensure smooth equipment operation.
• Plan work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and minimize downtime.
• Ensure the correct parts and materials are available for tasks.
• Accurately maintain work orders and reports for proper documentation.
• Supervise external personnel to ensure high-quality work delivery.
• Work according to HSEQ standards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:
• Completed vocational diploma (MBO) in a technical field
• Several years of offshore mechanical experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• If applicable: Nationality requirement
• If applicable: Minimum experience in similar position or vessel type
