Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Technician to join our maintenance team on a gas production platform in the Dutch sector. The role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and optimal performance of all electrical, control, and safety systems. The position requires a proactive professional comfortable working autonomously and as part of a tight-knit team in a demanding offshore environment on a rotational schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

· Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control equipment.
· Conducting inspections, testing, and calibration of equipment to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
· Responding to and resolving equipment failures promptly to minimize operational impact.
· Installing and commissioning new electrical and instrumentation systems.
· Maintaining accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, tests, and inventory.

Requirements:

· Valid STCW certificates.
· Valid Offshore Medical fitness certificate.
· Mandatory: BOSIET certificate with CA-EBS.
· Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
· Mandatory: Proficiency in Dutch and English communication (both verbal and written).
· Minimum of 5 years of experience as an E&I Technician in an offshore oil & gas environment.
· Strong practical knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and PLCs (experience with Siemens S5/S7 is a significant advantage).
· Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a rotational schedule (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off).

Employment Details:

· Contract Duration: 12 months (with high possibility of extension), on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotational schedule.
