Job Description:
The Workover / Drilling Supervisor manages drilling and workover operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution. This position supervises teams and coordinates with engineers to achieve project targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise drilling and workover operations
Ensure compliance with HSE and operational procedures
Coordinate with engineers and crew to optimize performance
Monitor equipment and operational efficiency
Maintain operational documentation and reporting
Requirements:
Engineering Degree in Petroleum or related discipline
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
Offshore/onshore certification as applicable
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
