Job Description:
The Well Testing Supervisor will oversee all testing operations, ensuring accurate data acquisition and safe execution of flowback, cleanup, and well performance tests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and execute well testing operations offshore
• Ensure safety and compliance with company procedures
• Review test data and prepare detailed reports
• Manage well testing crew and coordinate with drilling teams
• Maintain testing equipment and verify calibration

Requirements:
• Technical diploma or degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experience in well testing operations
• Strong understanding of pressure control and surface testing systems
• Valid offshore certifications
• Fluent English
