Job Description:
The Well Testing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all well testing operations on site, ensuring that procedures are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all stages of well testing operations.
Lead and coordinate the crew to meet operational targets.
Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of testing equipment.
Prepare reports and communicate daily activities to the management team.
Maintain strict adherence to HSE standards at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in well testing operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Technical knowledge of pressure control and surface testing equipment.
Proficiency in English and computer reporting systems.
