Job Description:
The Well Service Supervisor oversees well service operations, ensuring efficient and safe execution of workover and maintenance activities. This role supervises crew members and coordinates operations to meet project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise well service operations and personnel
Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures
Coordinate with engineers and onshore management
Inspect equipment and report operational performance
Maintain documentation of all well service activities
Requirements:
Engineering Degree in Petroleum or related discipline
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
Offshore/onshore certification as applicable
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
