Job Description:
The Well Intervention Supervisor manages well intervention operations, focusing on production enhancement, maintenance, and safe delivery of offshore well services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate all well intervention activities offshore
• Supervise wireline, slickline, and coiled tubing teams
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company procedures
• Evaluate well performance and report results
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams

Requirements:
• Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Production Engineering
• 8–10 years of experience in well intervention operations
• Knowledge of downhole tools and intervention planning
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
• Valid offshore certificates and fluent English
