Job Description:
The Water Well Supervisor is responsible for supervising drilling operations, ensuring the team meets project schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements. This position involves coordinating daily operations and providing technical support to the drilling crew.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise water well drilling crews on-site.
• Monitor drilling operations for efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with project plans and HSE standards.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff.
• Maintain operational and progress reports.
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in relevant engineering/technical field.
• Minimum 5 years experience supervising water well drilling operations.
• Knowledge of safety and operational procedures.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
