Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Offshore Supervisor to support offshore wind construction and commissioning activities in the Baltic Sea.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising offshore personnel, coordinating daily construction activities, and ensuring that all work is carried out safely and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising offshore construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinating daily work schedules and offshore personnel.
• Monitoring work progress and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Ensuring all activities comply with HSE regulations and safety procedures.
• Reporting operational progress, delays, and technical issues to project management.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Offshore Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Relevant offshore wind or offshore construction experience.
• Valid offshore safety and role-specific certifications.
• Strong knowledge of HSE procedures and offshore operations.
• Good English communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a demanding offshore environment.
