Job Description: Supervises well intervention, workover, and P&A operations, ensuring safe and efficient execution of well activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise workover and P&A teams
• Ensure compliance with HSE and operational procedures
• Monitor well intervention activities
• Report progress to management
• Train and mentor junior staff
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years experience in well services
• Offshore certification/STCW (if applicable)
• English proficiency
