Job Description:
The Senior Drilling Supervisor manages all offshore drilling operations, ensuring adherence to technical programs, safety standards, and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily drilling operations and supervise crew activities.
• Ensure HSE compliance and manage emergency procedures.
• Communicate with drilling engineers and contractors.
• Prepare performance and incident reports.
• Support operational planning and budgeting.
Requirements:
• 10+ years experience in offshore drilling operations.
• Strong leadership and technical background.
• IWCF Well Control Level 4 certificate required.
• Fluent in English; excellent reporting skills.
