Job Description:
The Senior Drilling Supervisor oversees drilling operations on deepwater or subsea wells, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective performance in compliance with project and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all drilling operations and personnel offshore
• Ensure adherence to HSE and operational standards
• Manage rig activities, equipment utilization, and daily reporting
• Liaise with onshore engineering and support teams
• Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure timely solutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of drilling experience, including 8+ years in deepwater operations
• IWCF Level 4 certification required
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Fluent English; valid offshore certifications
