Job Description:
The Drilling Rig Supervisor Level 1 is responsible for overseeing day-to-day rig operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective drilling activities. This role supports senior drilling leadership and coordinates crews, contractors, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise rig operations and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Monitor drilling parameters, progress, and performance.
• Communicate with drilling engineers and rig management.
• Prepare operational and safety reports.
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance and crew discipline.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years offshore rig supervision experience.
• Valid IWCF and offshore survival certificates.
• Proficient in English (verbal & written).
• Familiar with HPHT wells and well control procedures.
