Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary by position and may include:
• Safe execution of drilling and rig operations
• Monitoring and controlling drilling parameters
• Supervision of drilling crews and daily operations
• Operation and maintenance of drilling, lifting, and mechanical equipment
• Ensuring full compliance with HSE policies and procedures
• Conducting safety training, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
• Supporting logistics, material handling, and wellsite operations
Requirements
✔ Proven oil & gas drilling experience in the applied position
✔ Relevant certifications and trade qualifications
✔ Valid medical fitness certificate
✔ Strong HSE awareness and safety-first mindset
✔ Ability to work in rotational schedules
✔ Good English communication skills
✔ Previous Saudi / GCC experience is an advantage
