Job Description:
Axis is hiring a Reverse Unit Supervisor to oversee reverse circulation drilling operations, ensuring safe and efficient execution in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising reverse unit drilling and well intervention operations
• Coordinating crew activities and ensuring proper equipment use
• Monitoring HSE compliance during operations
• Troubleshooting operational issues and ensuring project efficiency
• Reporting progress and performance to management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field preferred
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in reverse unit or well intervention operations
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Strong English communication abilities
