Job Description:
The Night Drilling Supervisor will oversee drilling operations during night shifts, ensuring continuity of safe and efficient work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise rig crew during night operations
• Ensure compliance with drilling program and HSE policies
• Report to Day Drilling Supervisor on progress and issues
• Manage emergency procedures during night operations
Requirements:
• Offshore drilling experience in supervisory role
• IWCF certification
• Ability to make decisions under pressure
