Job Description:
The Laboratory Supervisor will lead laboratory operations, overseeing testing and quality control of drilling fluids, cementing materials, and other samples. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise laboratory staff and daily testing operations
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and QA/QC procedures
• Analyze samples and interpret results accurately
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration standards
• Report findings to project engineers and supervisors
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
• Significant experience in oilfield laboratory operations
• Strong knowledge of drilling fluids and cement testing methods
• Leadership and team management experience
• Medical fitness certificate
