Job Description:
Axis is looking for a Field Supervisor to oversee daily rig and field operations. This role ensures safety, efficiency, and compliance while managing field personnel and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising field crews and operations on-site
• Coordinating daily activities to ensure project objectives are met
• Enforcing safety standards and operational procedures
• Preparing operational reports and documentation
• Serving as the primary point of contact between management and field staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in oilfield operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
