Job Description:
The Drilling Supervisor will manage day-to-day drilling operations at the rig site under the guidance of the Senior Drilling Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor drilling progress and performance
• Ensure drilling follows the program and company standards
• Supervise rig crew and contractors
• Maintain accurate operational reporting
Requirements:
• Experience in drilling operations offshore
• IWCF or equivalent certification
• Good communication and leadership skills
