Job Description:
The Superintendent oversees drilling operations across project sites, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.

• Manage overall drilling operations and site teams
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company policies
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and project planning
• Provide leadership and guidance to Foremen and Operators
• Prepare reports and communicate progress to management

Requirements:
• Minimum 5–10 years experience in drilling operations leadership
• Strong knowledge of drilling rigs and operational procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel and work across multiple sites
• English proficiency
