Position: Superintendent
Job Description:
The company is expanding its operations and is looking for experienced Superintendents to oversee drilling projects across multiple sites. Candidates must demonstrate leadership, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage drilling operations and field teams
• Coordinate with project managers and foremen to ensure operational efficiency
• Enforce safety standards and compliance with company policies
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance
Requirements:
• Proven experience in drilling operations and team supervision
• Knowledge of rig operations, safety procedures, and site management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites (home every weekend)
• English communication skills preferred
