Description

Rig Superintendent to join our team for deep drilling operations (2500-3000 HP).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-temperature/high-pressure (HT/HP) drilling and an engineering degree.

**Location:** Office-based, Live-in position (Kuwait)
**Rotation:** 11 months on, 1 month off

**Key Responsibilities: **
- Oversee deep drilling operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage a team of drilling professionals and coordinate daily activities.
- Monitor drilling equipment performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of drilling activities.
