Position: Drilling Superintendent / Pre-Planner Engineer
Location: Onshore & Offshore Vietnam
Job Description:
Responsible for planning and supervising drilling programs, ensuring operational readiness and high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed drilling programs
• Provide technical guidance to rig teams
• Oversee operational planning and risk assessments
• Coordinate with engineering and subsurface teams
• Monitor performance and optimize drilling operations
Requirements:
• 10+ years experience in drilling engineering/superintendent roles
• Strong planning and leadership skills
• Proven ability to work directly with clients
Employment Details:
• 8 hrs/day Onshore, 12 hrs/day Offshore
