Job Description:
The Drilling Superintendent will oversee daily drilling operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to company and client standards. This role involves supervising multiple rigs and coordinating between offshore and onshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of drilling operations and personnel
• Review and approve drilling programs and budgets
• Ensure compliance with HSE and operational procedures
• Coordinate logistics and materials with field and office teams
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in drilling operations
• Valid Well Control and BOSIET certification
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Mechanical, Petroleum, or related Engineering degree
