Job Description:
The Well Technical Limit (WTL) Specialist is responsible for identifying and pushing the technical limits of well operations while maintaining safety and operational efficiency. This role focuses on performance optimization, process improvement, and risk management during drilling and completion activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze well performance data and identify improvement opportunities
• Establish technical limit benchmarks and performance KPIs
• Collaborate with drilling and completion teams to enhance operational efficiency
• Conduct after-action reviews and develop lessons-learned reports
• Drive continuous improvement culture in well delivery

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in well operations and performance management
• Proven record in well optimization and performance analytics
• Excellent communication and data interpretation skills
• Fluent English; valid offshore certifications (BOSIET, medical)
