Job Description:
GP Solution is looking for skilled Marine Surveyors and Ballasting Specialists for various offshore installation and vessel stability projects across Europe. These professionals will oversee vessel trim, load calculations, and ensure compliance with stability standards during heavy-lift or subsea operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ballasting, de-ballasting, and vessel stability operations.
• Perform pre-survey inspections and prepare stability reports.
• Monitor structural stresses during heavy lift or towing operations.
• Ensure compliance with class and flag requirements.
• Coordinate with project engineers, vessel masters, and port authorities.
Requirements:
• Degree or certification in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in vessel stability or marine survey work.
• Proficiency in load calculation software and hydrostatics.
• Familiar with IMO and class regulations.
• Valid offshore medical and safety certificates.
