Description

As a Field Specialist General - Wireline Services, you'll be providing wellsite support and guidance to our global customers. You'll help to mentor and develop junior members of the team by sharing your knowledge and insight. You'll have the opportunity to solve interesting and complex problems while utilizing the latest technology.

As a Field Specialist General - Wireline Services, you will be responsible for:

Assisting onsite at workshop and off-site at wellsite to facilitate wireline logging and completion services
Analyzing and interpreting system information and data to provide effective resolution to complex problems at well sites
Overseeing the basic maintenance of equipment to assist in preparing the wireline equipment
Acting as the primary point of contact to the Customer Representative to coordinate operations at the wellsite
Executing all responsibilities safely to ensure compliance with Managing Base Operations, Well Operations and Equipment and Logistics manuals
Coaching, developing and mentoring junior members of the team to share knowledge and up-skill your team



Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have an Engineering degree or related subjects with at least 10 years relevant experience as Field Specialist
Show expertise in open-hole and cased-hole wireline logging operations in Deepwater offshore environment
Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating global teams to deliver multiple, successful customer projects
Be willing to gain industry experience and undergo additional product line training
Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions
Display a customer-focused mindset and have a structured, efficient approach to responding to customer needs
Demonstrate experience with Exploration Logging program
Be available to join our team quickly and to work in Indonesia without the need for a visa
