Job Description:
Implement and monitor health, safety and environmental systems on site. Provide training, conduct inspections and support accident prevention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct HSE inspections, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Monitor PPE, permits, isolation procedures and worksite compliance.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports and follow up corrective actions.
• Deliver safety inductions and training to new hires and subcontractors.
• Maintain HSE records and support audits.

Requirements:
• NEBOSH or national HSE qualification preferred; 2–5 years HSE experience.
• Strong knowledge of mining/civil safety practices.
• Good report-writing and communication skills.
• Willingness to be mobile across sites.
• Zambian nationals preferred.
